Mr. Peltzer - If I add acreage to the parcel' in question, will my request be approved then? Mr. Berg As Mr. Lehn is not going to have more than three (3) dogs on the premises, I don't see any need for Item #2 (Veterinarian Inspection) listed in the proposed Conditional Use Permit Agreement. Motion by Commissioner Deemer, seconded by Commissioner Ellis, to approve Mr. Lehn's request for Conditional Use Permit (with the deletion of Item #2 from the proposed Conditional Use Pe.rmit Agreement regarding Veterinarian Inspection). I I I I I I Case #4 - Mr. Wes Bulen; Request to Rezone his Property for a Golf Course: Chairman Peterson read the Findings of Fact out loud. Commissioner Dunn - Mr. Bulen has not specified exact location and size of area to be rezoned B-1. Requesting that legal description of area to be rezoned B-1 be added to the Findings of Fact as Item #10. Mr. Berg - Potential of additional right-of-way regarding 167th Avenue should be addressed.
