I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I CITY OF RAMSEY PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AGREEMENT This Agreement entered into this day of October 1981 between Mr. William J. Lehn, 17640 Nowthen Blvd. NW, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant" and the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City", as per the following: Intent and Purpose To assure that the conditions of approval established by the City of Ramsey for ~3].1 conditional use permits are understood between the Applicant and the City, and that the Applicant complies with said conditions fully. This agree- ment acknowledges that the Applicant has made proper application for the ap- proval gral]ted and has met all the other conditions established by the Planning and Zoning Co~mnission and City Council in concluding formal approval of Appli- cant's application by this Agreement. Description of Property: The property is described as Plat 89203, Parcel 5010 and is generally known as 17640 Nowthen Blvd. NW. Zoning - The zoning at the date of this Agreement is R-i, Residential. The approved use of the property is single family residential. Dogs shall not be allowed to run loose on Applicant's property except under the direct supervision of the Applicant~ Applicant shall maintain the private kennel in a sanitary condition.
