The cost of each unit is $1,926.06 and <br />since you have two units your total assessed cost is $3,852.12. You <br />may pay the entire amount within 30 days of October 14, 1981 <br />(November 14, 1981) to avoid any interest. You may at any time pay <br />the entire amount in full by just writing us to find out the payoff <br />amount. We are not allowed to accept partial payments. <br /> <br />The policy on driveways is that if the existing driveway is within one <br />foot of the roadway they will connect it. Otherwise it is up to each <br />homeowner to connect their own.
