Bids will be received on <br />November 9, 1981 and I don't expect any work to be done until nex~ <br />spring. <br />At the coffee party three years ago when you asked me if something could <br />be done to improve the safety of the intersection of County Road 5 and <br />State Highway 47, little did I dream it would take four years_to accomplish <br />the project.
