I RESOLUTION ~81-161 I RESOLUTION CERTIFYING PRE-REVIEW REQUIREMENTs HAVE BEEN SATISFIED I WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Land Planning Act requires local government ~ units to prepare comprehensive plans and submit them to the Metropolitan Council for review; and I WHEREAS, this plan entitled Ramsey's Comprehensive Plan represents the response to the City of Ramsey's requirements of the Metropolitan Land Planning Act; I WHEREAS, this plan was adopted by the City of Ramsey Planning Commission I on May 5, 1980, following a public hearing with required legal notice; and WHEREAS, this plan was sent to Anoka County, City of Anoka, City of Andover, City of Dayton, and Burns Tow%nship for review and con~ment on February 12, 1981; and WHEREAS, this plan was considered and accepted but not adopted by the i City of Ramsey; and WHEREAS, this plan shall be transmitted for submission to the Metropolitan i Council for formal review under the Metropolitan Land Planning Act. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: I -- That Thomas G. Gm/nec, Mayor, and Lloyd G. Schnelle, City Administrator/ Clerk, are authorized and directed to submit this plan to the Chairman of the Metr6- · politan Council for review under Section 473.175 of the Metropolitan Land Planning · Act. · The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by I ~OavUnorCitl~ee~eo~:Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in I Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cox, Sorteberg, Van Wagner, and Reimann and the following voted against the same: I None · whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 13th day of October, 1981. · ~--~ ~ ,~ ~~~~// Mayor / ~dmin~'trator/Clerk - - I
