MEMORANDUM <br />October 14, 1981 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />a response card to mail back to me to let me know your feelings about <br />the present levy limitation and to order a copy of Lee Munnich's report <br />"The Impact of State and Federal Budget Cuts on Minnesota Cities"; <br />whether or not you want a copy of the report, I'd be grateful if you'd <br />mail the card back anyway to let me know what you think the 1982 (or <br />1981 Special Session of the) Legislature should do about the 8% levy <br />limitation. <br /> <br />The point of this letter, in addition to sharing with you some information about <br />our finances, is to re-state to you my desire to continue to act as a good-faith <br />partner in the decision-making process.
