Clayton was busy in other departments. <br /> <br />The viewing for the 82 assessments is complete outside of the calls <br />for appointments. The response has been slow but most of the ones <br />that haven't called back are homes that are all finished up and down <br />so there really isn't much left to do that would change the value. <br /> <br />I'm working on the new construction at the present time. After I've <br />completed this, I will start the book work. <br /> <br />The County Auditor has changed the identification of the parcels of <br />land. Instead of plat and parcel, there will be what they call a <br />pin number. I guess it would be easier to show you how it works rather <br />than try to write something. <br /> <br />I will be attending the Annual Assessor's Short Course again this year. <br />The first of the three-day session will be on November 13, 1981. The <br />second and third days will be December 4, 1981 and December 11, 1981. <br />The course will be down in Eden Prairie.
