Please refer to enclosure (D2- <br />i) for proposed findings of fact. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />Enclosure (A-9) of this agenda contains public hearing <br />minutes for Public Improvement Project #81-19 regarding <br />Mr. Nissen. <br /> <br />c) <br /> <br />Enclosure (A-ii) of this agenda contains Council minutes <br />for special meeting of October 14, 1981 regarding Mr. Nis- <br />sen. Please refer to page 3. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action on this case will be as follows: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />Findings of Fact - Your action will be to adopt/not adopt/ <br />amend the proposed findings of fact as submitted by City <br />Staff.
