I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />CASE #10: <br /> <br />ENGINEERING REGARDING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: FLINTWOOD HILLS SECOND <br />ADDITION; AND FINALIZING THE FOLLOWING PLATS: VERNDALE COMMERCIAL <br />PARK PLAT, TROTT BROOK ESTATES PLAT, AND PINE HILLS NORTH PLAT: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-j) contains the following documentation for Council <br />review and action: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />City Engineer's letter dated October 20, 1981 regarding <br />drainage easement in regards to Flintwood Hills Second <br />Addition which the City Engineer was requested to review. <br /> <br />b) City Engineer's letter dated October 21, 1981 regarding <br /> the finalizing of the following plats: <br /> <br />1) Verndale Commercial Park Plat <br />2) Trott Brook Estates Plat <br />3) Pine Hills North Plat <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be as follows On the above items: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />Drainage Easement - Your action will be to approve/d~~/ <br />amend the City Engineer's recommendation as submitted above <br />to Council. The following proposed motion is hereby submitted <br />for your consideration in acting on this issue: <br /> <br /> Motion by Counci and seconded by <br /> Councilmember~~A~ to ~pprove of City Engineer's <br /> letter dated October ~0, 1981 which is to recommend <br /> that the easement between Lots 1 and 2, Block 1 be re- <br /> duced from 20 feet to 10 feet and the easement between <br /> Lots 2 and 3 be increased from 10 feet to 20 feet in <br /> the Flintwood Hills Second Addition. (If Council dis- <br /> approves, they should submit appropriate language to <br /> cover it.) <br /> <br /> Motion carried. Voting yes . <br /> Voting no <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />Finalizing of Plats - Your action will be to approve/6~ <br />of the above plats. The following proposed motion is hereby <br />submitted for your consideration in taking action on this case: <br /> <br /> Motion by Count_Jim_ember seconded by <br /> Councilmember~ to accept the City Engineer's <br /> letter dated October 21, 1981 on the following plats in <br /> regards to his one (1) year warranty inspection of them <br /> whereby he (City Engineer) states the streets to be in <br /> satisfactory condition: <br /> <br />1) Verndale Commercial Park Plat <br />2) Trott Brook Estates Plat <br />3) Pine Hills North Plat <br /> <br /> <br />
