(Besides, the lot in question dQes <br />not have noxious weeds.) However, I feel more strongly that <br />if the City wishes to enforce such an ordinance, it should <br />not be done on a complaint basis only. To enforce this ordinance <br />fairly, each and every lot should be mowed, and if not mowed by <br />the owner, it should be mowed by the City and assessed to the <br />property. This is the fair way, but I do not advocate it. <br /> <br />I also feel that the lot in question, although it is deemed <br />to be a buildable lot, has its liabilities as far as erecting a <br />home on it. In so far as the City has no neighborhood park <br />hand in that area, I would be willing to donate that lot to <br />the City for that purpose. <br /> <br />Please advise me as to what the City's wishes are concerning <br />donation of the lot. <br /> <br />yours truly, <br /> <br />Gary M.
