Govham

Builders,

I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I

Gary M. (Besides, the lot in question dQes
not have noxious weeds.) However, I feel more strongly that
if the City wishes to enforce such an ordinance, it should
not be done on a complaint basis only. To enforce this ordinance
fairly, each and every lot should be mowed, and if not mowed by
the owner, it should be mowed by the City and assessed to the
property. This is the fair way, but I do not advocate it.

I also feel that the lot in question, although it is deemed
to be a buildable lot, has its liabilities as far as erecting a
home on it. In so far as the City has no neighborhood park
hand in that area, I would be willing to donate that lot to
the City for that purpose.

Please advise me as to what the City's wishes are concerning
donation of the lot.

yours truly,

Gary M. Gotham
