The amendment is to <br /> give th~-~m an additional two (.2) years to comPly with the agreement. <br /> <br /> Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the con- <br /> tents contained' lin the above stated enclosure' The City Attorney has <br /> / reviewed the contents of it and he is satisfied with it. Voting no ..... . .... <br /> ''~-~ CASE %2: HEXON REGARDING BOX CAR TO BE USED AS STORAGE BUILDING: <br /> <br />Mr. Hexon has requested that he be placed on the agenda to discuss <br />using his box car as a storage building. <br /> <br />Comments: The situation still hasn't changed in regards to our ordi- <br />nance requirements on moving in buildings. Mr. Hexon doesn't feel <br />that this applies in his case. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be the same as before in this case. <br /> <br /> <br />
