Voting yes <br />Voting no ~ <br /> <br />REQUEST TO CONSTRUCT AN ACCESSORY BUILDING ON A SEPARATE PARCEL OF <br />LAND WHICH IS ADJACENT TO A PARCEL OF LAND WHERE THE PRINCIPLE <br />STRUCTURE IS LOCATED; CASE OF MR. LARRY MILLESS~ <br /> <br />Mr. Milless is requesting to build an accessory building 30' x 64' <br />= 1,920 square feet on a separate parcel of land which is adjacent <br />to the parcel of land where the principle structure is located. He <br />also has the problem of exceeding the limit for an accessory on a <br />parcel of land. <br /> <br />Enclosure (D4-b) contains the following documentation for your review <br />in taking action on this case: <br /> <br />a) Application for request <br />b) Notice of public hearing <br />c) Drawing of parcels of land owned by Milless <br />d) Proposed agreement <br /> <br />Comments: City Staff recommends that if you do grant this that you <br />require Mr. Milless to merge %he two parcels of land into one parcel <br />of land which will not cause a compromise of your policy in regards <br />to principle structure. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the re- <br />quest. The following motion is hereby submitted for your consideration: <br /> M~ion by Councilmember US ~conded bY Councilmember <br /> ~j~ to apprOve/disapprove of Mr. Milless' request <br /> to construat a storage building in excess of the 1,200 square feet <br /> providing he meets all the requirements that have been established <br /> in the agreement between the City of Ramsey ~and Mr. Milless. Fur- <br /> ther, to authorize the Mayor and City Administrator/Clerk to sign <br /> said agreement for the City of Ramsey.
