Voting yes Voting no ~ REQUEST TO CONSTRUCT AN ACCESSORY BUILDING ON A SEPARATE PARCEL OF LAND WHICH IS ADJACENT TO A PARCEL OF LAND WHERE THE PRINCIPLE STRUCTURE IS LOCATED; CASE OF MR. LARRY MILLESS~ Mr. Milless is requesting to build an accessory building 30' x 64' = 1,920 square feet on a separate parcel of land which is adjacent to the parcel of land where the principle structure is located. He also has the problem of exceeding the limit for an accessory on a parcel of land. Enclosure (D4-b) contains the following documentation for your review in taking action on this case: a) Application for request b) Notice of public hearing c) Drawing of parcels of land owned by Milless d) Proposed agreement Comments: City Staff recommends that if you do grant this that you require Mr. Milless to merge %he two parcels of land into one parcel of land which will not cause a compromise of your policy in regards to principle structure. Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the re- quest. The following motion is hereby submitted for your consideration: M~ion by Councilmember US ~conded bY Councilmember ~j~ to apprOve/disapprove of Mr. Milless' request to construat a storage building in excess of the 1,200 square feet providing he meets all the requirements that have been established in the agreement between the City of Ramsey ~and Mr. Milless. Fur- ther, to authorize the Mayor and City Administrator/Clerk to sign said agreement for the City of Ramsey. (Should Council deny re- quest, you should state your reason which would be your City policy.) Motion carried. Voting yes Voting no .
