Members Present: Mr. Kenneth Peterson, Chairman Mr. Benjmnin Deemer Mr. Arthur Dunn Mr. Gerald ZSmme~an Mr. Harry Ellis Mrs. Kathy Schneider I I Others Present: Me~)~>ers Absent: Building Official Berg Mr. Ronald West Chairman Peterson called for comments from the audience or the Con~nission. I I I Art Brown -- Administrator/Coon Rapids Clinic -- I am opposed to the proposed golf course at the site designated. There is undeveloped B-1 property in the City of Ramsey which should be utilized. Charles Klein - 5551 164th Lane - If the rezoning request is approved, and the proposed golf course-falls through, is Mr. Bulen going to be allowed to bring in any other type of business on that property? Chairman Peterson - Any business that would apply to B-1 can go in there. Mr. Berg - Proposed golf course is going to have two zonings -- B-1 will be for that section required for clubhouse and a special zone for the course itself. Wayne Jeffrey - 15921 Kamacite - Manager of Ramsey Drug - I am concerned about the deviation from theM aster Plan that was set forth by the Met .Council, after several of us have spent considerable time and money to comply. Chairman Peterson - If we approve any rezoning, the change will have to be amended in theM aster Plan and approved by the Met Council. Public hearing closed at 7:47 P.M.
