I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I CASE #il: WHEREAS, Michael Schutz, 7410 - 151st Lane NW has stated basically the same as the party above; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer, Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc., states that the culvert is used to resolve a drainage problem and through proper construction and maintenance, will not cause pro- perty damage to the above property owners. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City will be responsible for maintenance of the storm drainage system. 2) That the City of Ramsey will repair any erosion of the above named parties' land at no cost to them. 3) The restoration will be done as soon as possible if erosion should ever occur to their property. DELETION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENT, REQUEST FOR; CASE OF MR. TIM LEHN, 6314 RIVLYN: Mr. Tim Lehn has brought it to the City office's attention that he has been erroneously~assessed for two (2) units'in the amount of $200 per unit, equalling a total of $400. In checking this out, we did find that Mr. Lehn does own two parcels of land, but the two parcels of land only give him one buildable lot which contains his home. Comments: It is therefore recommended to the City Council that the two (2) units assessed to Mr. Lehn in regardst~80-17 (bituminous overlay of Tungsten Street) be reduced to a one (1) unit assessment. Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove deleting the assessment to one (~1) unit.
