I I I I I I I I I I I I I I :1 I I I I CASE #12: WHEREAS, Mr. Tim Lehn, 6314 Rivlyn Street, was assessed for two units at $200 per unit equalling a total of $400 for Street Im- provement Project ~80-17 (bituminous surfacing of Tungsten Street); and WHEREAS, Mr. Tim Lehn does own two parcels of land which only create one (1) buildable lot which is where his home is located; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council hereby agrees that the above party should have been assessed for only one (1) unit instead of two (2) units. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE RAMSEY CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RA~SEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) It is directed that Mr. Tim Lehn, 6314 Rivlyn Street ~, who was assessed for two (2) units in the amount of $400, be reduced to one (1) unit in the amount of $200. 2) It is directed that the above deleted unit in the amount of $200 become the City's share. 3) It is directed that the City Accountant be furnished a copy of this resolution so that appropriate action can be taken in regards to correcting the assessment for Street Improvement Project #80-17. 4) It is further directed that a copy of this resolution be sent to Mr. Lehn.
