High School Bookkeeping and a basic <br />college accounting course. Vocational or business school desirable. <br /> <br />2) Experience: Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years administrative <br />secretarial duties and supervisory experience in office procedures and <br />techniques which requires corrdination with several functions i.e., <br />accounting, special assessments, public works, building, etc. <br /> <br />3) Thorough knowledge of English, spelling and punctuation. <br /> <br />4) Ability to type 55 w.p.m, accurately and take machine dictation. <br /> <br />5) Thorough knowledge of modern office practices, procedures and system. <br /> <br />6) Ability to compose effective correspondence from general instructions. <br /> <br />7) Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships as <br />necessitated by work requirements. <br /> <br /> <br />
