I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br /> <br />14) On September 14, 1981, the parcel was reviewed by the City Engineer and the <br />Building Official. At the time of the review Mr. Golden presented a letter addressed <br />to Mr. Schnelle contesting the entire assessment to the property. A copy of the <br />letter is attached to these findings. <br /> <br />15) In review of parcel, city staff did not find any driveways from the property <br />existing unto 176th Street N.W., however, the parcel was found to be subdividable <br />under present city ordinances. <br /> <br />16) City ordinance 80-8 states that those parcels adjacent to both a major thorough- <br />fare and a city street with no access to the city street shall be assessed one <br />half unit. <br /> <br />I <br />i <br />I <br /> <br />17) Based on a staff recommendation the City Council ordered the preparation of <br />findings of fact for their reviewal at their next regular meeting of September 22, <br />1981. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing findings of fact were duly seconded <br />by Councilman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following.voted against the same: <br /> <br />whereupon said findings of fact were duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 22nd day of September, 1981. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Admi ni strator/C1 erk <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />'1 <br /> <br /> <br />
