DONALD HUFF, 6811 - 154TH LANE NW (PLAT 89222, PARCEL 2960): WHEREAS, Mm. Donald Huff stated at the public hearing held on September 8, 1981, which was heldtO.adopt the special assessments for Public Improvement Project #80-16 (bituminous surfacing of streets) that he should not have been assessed for two units, as was adopted by the City of Ramsey's Resolution #81- , and WHEREAS, the City Council, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota did~at this regula~ Council meeting on September 8, 1981, direct City Staff to prepare Findings of Fact regarding the legality of assessing Plat 89222, Parcel 2960 with two (2) assessment units in the amount of $3,021.48, and WHEREAS, the City Staff did submit a Findings of Fact to the City Council at their regular meeting of September 22, 1981, and WHEREAS, the City Council, City of Ramsey, An'oka County, State of Minnesota, did adopt the Findings of Fact on September 22, 1981, and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the two (2) unit assessments in the amount of $3,021.48 levied against Plat 89222, Parcel 2960 (not'be deleted~based on the adopted Findings 9f Fact) or (L~c changed ,~__ · .. ..-:~z.~~.~,~ *~ be assessed in the amount of $ , based on the adopted'Findings of Fact) or (be deleted in its entirety, based on the adopted Findings of Fact). ~r~aazt__tjl~~ass~ssments in the'amount of'$'' will becomethe C~y~o~.'paragraph Will be use~ if ~ny portion of the spec~sessments a~e deleted.) ~. 3~t is directed that this parcel be recorded in the County Register of Deeds Office~as._~._n~u~b~ot, based on the adopted Findings of Fact. (This paragraph~w~if Council deletes a special assessment unit and so directs tha_jt--t~iS is accompl~shed~) . 4) It is further directed that the following Administrative action be taken on this case: a) That the City Accountant be furnished acopy of this resolution and all enclosures so that appropriate action may be taken in accounting and assessment records. b) That a certified copy of the City Council motion adopting the Findings of Fact and a copy of the Findings of Fact be attached to this resolution as enclosure (a). c) d) That a copy of this resolution and all enclosures be filed in the Improvement Project #80-16 file. That Mr. Donald Huff, 6811 - i54th Lane NW, be furnished a cer- tified copy of this resolution and all enclosures.
