He said the value per acre runs from <br />a low of $1,300 to a high of $5~000 per acre according to location. <br /> <br />I called the State and they figured the same as Anoka County did. <br /> <br />Ail the people I talked to Outside of the State and Anoka County said <br />to try to be reasonable With the'value and take location and income <br />from'such a business int°'conSideration when valuing it. <br /> <br />Submitted by, <br /> <br />Lester D. ~;irz <br />City AssesSor <br /> <br /> <br />
