CARL BIEDERMAN, 7050 - 175TH <br />AVENUE NW (PEAT 89f03 PARCEL 6~70): <br /> <br />Mr. Biederman is requesting that the Council grant him <br />the permission to construct an accessory building 40' x <br />60' = 2,400 square feet on 10 acres of land. He wants <br />to use this building to store farm machinery and auto- <br />mobiles. <br /> <br />Enclosure (D4~a) contains the following documentation: <br /> <br /> a) Application for a variance to have accessory <br /> building in excess of the 1,200 square feet <br /> authorized for those parcels of land exceeding <br /> 2~ acres. <br /> b) Rough sketch of site plan <br /> c) Notice of public hearing <br /> d) List of property owners notified <br /> <br />Council' Act'ion: Your action will be to approve/disapprove <br />0f't~e said request.
