I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81- /~ <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has submitted to the Commissioner of Transpor- <br />tation the plans and specifications for the improvement of Variolite Street N.W. <br />from 161st Avenue N.W. to 173rd Avenue N.W.
