Mayor Gamec stated that he tried to <br />attend the Public Hearing, but the City of Ramsey was never notified. <br /> <br />CASE #12 RESPONDENTS OF PUBLIC HEARING ON WATER QUALITY MANAGEMENT <br /> <br />DEVELOPMENT GUIDE/POLICY PLAN: <br /> <br />Council noted receiving this document. <br /> <br />CASE I~13 RADIO TOWER AND AFFECT IT MAY HAVE ON GATEWAY NORTH AIRPORT: <br /> <br />Council noted being notified of this tower. <br /> <br />CASE #14 WATER STUDY: <br /> <br />Council notes receiving this document and directed Mr. Schnelle to put this <br />matter on the agenda of the first council meeting in October. <br /> <br />CASE #15 LICENSE FOR APPROVAL: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann, seconded by Councilmember Cox, to approve <br />license application for Casper Excavating. Motion carried. Voting Yes: <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilme~ers Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />CASE #16 ALPACA ESTATES: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg, seconded by Mayor Ga/nec, to drop the <br />bond for signalization-in Alpaca Estates. (Slow development will not cause <br />a burden on that area for many years). Motion oarried. Voting Yes: Mayo~ <br />Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox and Reimann. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />CASE #17 PELTZERREGARDING LOT APPROVAL: <br /> <br />Council advises following City Code Requirements and denying Peltzer property <br />subdivision. <br /> <br />COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />Councilmember Reimann suggests that staff members with business on the agenda <br />should be dealt'with as quickly as possible, as they are paid by the hour <br />when their presence is required at the Council Meetings. <br /> <br />Councilmember Reimann suggest going to one council meeting a month for the <br />rest of the year. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg, seconded by Councilmember Cox, to adjourn <br />the Council Meeting. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Council- <br />members Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox.
