CASE #6: b) Approval/disapproval of number of units to be assessed - Council will have to adopt resolution approving/disapproving the Golden's request in this case. It should be noted that if the City deletes any or all of this assessment, it will become the City's cost. Enclosure (D2-e) contains the pro- posed resolution for your review. Accordingly, the City Building Official and City Engineer made an onzsite inspection and prepared the proposed Findings of Fact which is submitted in enclosume (D2-f) for'your review and action~ It should be nOted.that if Council deletes any part of this assessment, it will become the City's sha~e.
