Provinzino's business benefited from Street Improvement Project #80-17. Accordingly, the Building Inspectom and City Engineer went to Mm. Provinzino's place of business to review this case, and pre- pared the proposed Findings of Fact which is submitted in enclosure for your review and action. Council should note that if you delete any part of this assessment, it becomes City share. This is a temporary loan and the'GOB'Fund #55~ will'have ~o pay interest at the going rate on'September 22', 1981 for'the'pe~iod'of'time 'it utilizes the above funds which Will be Until the' City receives' its money from' the bond issue whioh was approved on' Septembem 17',i i981 at a special Council meeting.
