That the Developer shall be responsible to meet certain City requirements for the total and complete installation in accordance with the following required plat improvements in accordance with the provisions of the City Code Chapter 170.03. Said ~mprovements are described as follows: (a) All improvements shown on the construction plans for said plat entitled "Proposed Storm Sewer and Street Grades for Flintwood Hills II Addition" consisting of eight (8) sheets prepared by Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. dated March 18, 1981, as amended, and subject to the provisions of paragraph 4. below. (b) All drainage and grading as shown in the "Grading and Drainage Plans" prepared by Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. consisting of one (1) page, dated August ?, 1979. Developer shall also construct a drainage swale from Flintwood Hills between Lots 2 and 3, Block 3, of said Flintwood Hills outletting into Outlot C of Flintwood Hills Second Addition. (c) Furnish and install all required street name signs. 2. The improvements described in paragraph 1 above shall be completed as follows: (a) All drainage, grading and the preliminary construction of the streets, i.e., through the installation of three-inch Class 5 gravel base, and the installation of street name signs, and the construction on turn lanes from said plat to State Highway No. 47 according to the requirements of the State of Minnesota shall be completed prior to October 1, 1982. (b) The construction and blacktopping, i.e., construction of a temporary one and one-half inch .(1-1/2") surface accordigg to the requirements of the City for an '~n section," of the streets in the plat shall be completed on or before October 1, 1983. That all of the said improvements shall be in accordance with the time table and plans and specifications therefor to be approved by the City Engineer and as suk~itted in that document known as "Construction Specification for Grading, -2-
