The CETA levy should be for the additional salaries paid current CETA employees, above the federal reimbursement, to provide salaries comparable to non- CETA employees in equivalent positions. m Two lines have been provided for additional claims. Give the program name, grant number, and share of the cost required to be provided. If available, a copy of one or two pages providing the financial details should be included. When the m grant has not yet been made, the grant number should be "application;" do not use the grant number of a previous grant for the same program. -- .
