Voting yes <br />Voting no . <br /> <br />JAMES REFRIGERATION'S REQUEST FOR FINAL PLAT~ ZONING REQUIREMENT <br /> <br />FOR UMB, AND SITE AND DESIGN PLAN APPROVAL: <br /> <br />Background Information: James Refrigeration is requesting the <br />following action from the Council: <br /> <br /> a) Approval of' final plat <br /> b) ~~servic~ <br /> g~ .~tatlon zn a <br /> c) Approval of~s~ite ,aq.,d .des~q~ plan for' the superette grocery <br /> store, and ~ervl~ station <br /> <br />At the Council meeting.of August 25, 1981, you' requested Staff to <br />prepare a Findings of' Fact for' this case ' Accordingly, enclasume <br />(.~D2-d) contains the' following documentation': <br /> <br /> .a. .Section' 170.015 of' the City Code Which pertains to this <br /> CaSe.. Pamagraph 170.015F of this section' will be addressed <br /> in the' Findings of Fact.' Paragraph 170.015I(3) of this <br /> section' spells out the' type 0'f' uses permitted in UMB zoning <br /> and' it also gives' coUncil discretionary powers to allow other <br /> uses that are not listed, provided' coUncil follows the procedures <br /> as set forth in this pamagraph.' <br /> <br />b. Proposed Findings of Fact prepared by City Staff for Council <br />review in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 170.015F <br />and 170.015I(8). <br /> <br />c.
