Council Action: Your action will be four fold, as you will have to accomplish the following if you grant approval of a superette grocery store and self service gas station in a UMB zoning district a) Your first action will be to act on the proposed Findings of Fact. Your motion may read as follows: Motion by Councilm_.Tr_~3~_~mb~ ~ft ~F~an~d seconded by Councilmen%ber~ to approve/disapprove/ amend the Findings of Fact-~s presented to the City Council regarding the James Refrigeration request to have a superette grocery store,and self service station in a UMB zoning district. Voting no {.~ ~ . b) Your second action will be to approve/disapprove of James Refrigeration~s request to locate a superette grocery store and self service gas station in an Urban Multiple Business zonin~based on the Findings of Fact that you will have just acted on above. Your motion may read as follows: Motion by Councilm~mbe~~ and seconded by Councilmember~~L~ to approve/d-i~a~m;~ of James Refrigeration's request to locate a superette grocery store and self service gas station in an Urban Multiple Business zoning district based on the Findings of Fact that was adopted by Council at this meeting. (If Council disapproves/amends, you will need to sub- stitute appropriate language.2 Motion carri4d. At this point you will want to spell out to James Refrigeration exactly what you want them to do if you have any changes to their plan.
