Voting yes~ . <br />Voting no ~ . <br /> <br />REFUNDING OF UNUSEDiPORTION OF ON-SALE LIQUOR LICENSE, REQUEST FOR; <br /> <br />CASE OF MR. GEORGE DEZIEL: <br /> <br />Mr. DeZiei is requesting a refund of the unused portion of his on- <br />sale liquor license which ran from July 1, 1981 through June 30, 1982. <br />Mr. Brown, who purchased George's establishment, picked up the on-sale <br />license from August 1, 1981 to June 30, 1982 and paid $3,866.63, the <br />pro-rata share of $4,200 for that time pemlod. Accordingly, Mr. De- <br />Ziel is requesting a refund of $3,866.63 which would be the correct <br />amount of the pro-rata share he would have coming back to him, pro- <br />viding City Code permitted it. <br /> <br />In order to refund Mm. DeZiel, yp~u will have to amend your On-sale <br />Liquor Ordinance paragraph 130.0~7(6) to provide for this type of a <br />refund. <br /> <br /> <br />
