I I I Secondly, the City Code for the special Sunday on-sale liquor license which costs$200 annually and runs from July 1 to June 30 does not provide for any refund. Accordingly, if you are going to reimburse Mr. DeZiel for pro-rata share of this license period which would amount to a refund of $i83.34, you will first have to amend paragraph 130.057 of the City Code.
