OROINANC~ #03-18 C~TY OF RAMSF~Y ANOKA COUNTY ' ~ STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDICATED DRAINAGE AND .UTILITY EASEMENTS IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, ,Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes '412.8.51. SECTION 2. VACATION The following described dedicated drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated, to-wit: Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 1; All in the plat of Lutz Rarnsey Acres, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication sub- ject to the City Charter Section .5.07.
