AUTHORITY <br /> This ordinance is adopted pursuant to <br />and under the authority of the Home Rule <br />Charter of the City of Ramsey, ,Section <br />12.06 and Minnesota Statutes '412.8.51. <br /> SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> The following described dedicated <br />drainage and utility easement is hereby <br />vacated, to-wit: <br /> Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 1; All in the <br /> plat of Lutz Rarnsey Acres, <br /> according to the recorded plat <br /> thereof, Anoka County, <br /> Minnesota <br /> SECTION 3.
