oRDINANCE #03-18 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDICATED DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. Tile City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of tile City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. SECTION 2. VACATION The following described dedicated drainage and utility easemeots are hereby vacated, to-wit: The utility and drainage ease- ments over, under and across as show oil the recorded plat of Lutz Ramsey Acres Plat, Anoka County, Minnesota SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication sub- ject to the City Charter Section 5.07.
