TO:

FROM:

DATE:

SUBJ:

City Administrator

Building Official

August 19, 1981

Board of Adjustment Variance for Donald Savitski

I have reviewed the above referenced Variance request and
prepared the attached Findings of Fact accordingly.

Please note that Variances would be required for both structure
size and setback on a thoroughfare street. At this time I am
not sure what that setback will be, but I will acquire that in-
formation for the public hearing.

Based on the Findings of Fact reviewing the property and the
information presented by the Applicant, I don't think this pro~
posal would create any problems. However, approval should be
contingent upon Mm. Savitski entering into an agreement with
the City as to the following:.

1) Proposed use of the accessory stmucture.

2) ExterioP design of the structure.

Acknowledgement by the Applicant of the possible problems
with the' improvement of RamseY Boulevard in regards to
Peduced setbacks.

4) Compliance ~ith all requirements of the State Building Code.

5) Other items as may be deemed necessary by the City Council.
