CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br /> PROPOSED <br /> <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AGREEMENT <br /> <br />This contract is entered into this __ day of June: 2981 between the <br />Ci.ty of Ramse.y~ hereinafter referred" ~-~' as ~City'~' and Randall Lindgren <br />hereinafter referred to as '~'App!~cant" in conjunction with the issuance <br />to the Applicant a conditional rise permit to maintain on his premises <br />at 1682~ Zirconium Street N.W., Ramsey~ Minnesota, a '~Private Dog Kennel" <br />as defined in City. Code Chapter <br /> <br />This Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted contingent upon the Appli- <br />cants co. mpl.yi:ng with the following: <br /> <br />l ). At no time shall the Applicant have or keep more than <br />five (~) adult d~gs on the premises, <br /> <br />2] ~ veterinarian shall inspect the plans or the pro- <br />posed kennel to determine if adequate space and sanitation <br />are provided~ Veterinarian approval shall be provided to <br />the City in writing, <br /> <br />3) The dogs shall be kept indoors at night. <br /> <br /> 4] If there are complaints of a noise problem, the owner <br /> shall be ~arned and must remedy the situation, <br /> <br />'5). The dogs shall not be left in the open portion of the <br />kennel when no one is at the home. <br /> <br />6) The City ~eserves the right to inspect the kennel if <br />it should receive complaint's' on the dogs barking or of <br />offend!ye odors or creating any health hazards' to the <br />area, <br /> <br />7). Dogs' shall not be allowed to run loose on Applicants <br />property~ except under the direct supervision of the Appli- <br />c .ants, <br /> <br />8~ Applicant shall maintain the private kennel in a sani- <br />tary- condi%ion, <br /> <br />9) That the conditional use permit shall expire on <br /> (to be established by the applicant) <br /> <br /> <br />
