Voting no None. <br /> <br />CASE #10: WILD AND SCENIC RIVER ORDINANCE: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />approve the adoption of the Wild and Scenic River Ordinance #81-4 Chapter <br />]70.07 of the City Code. Further, that the Department of Natural Resources, <br />State of Minnesota, be so informed of its adoption. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting no None. <br /> <br />CASE #11: APPROVAL OF SITE AND DESIGN PLAN, REQUEST FOR; CASE OF SUPER BOWL: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />note the memo from the Building Official dated August 12, 1981, which is <br />contained in enclosure (D2-i) of Council agenda dated August.18, 1981 and <br />to note the fact that Super Bowl will be required to install a sprinkler <br />system as stipulated in the agreement between Super Bowl and the City of <br />Ramsey. Further to approve the development agreement between Super Bowl <br />and the City of Ramsey as presented to the City Council. Further to author- <br />ize the Mayor and City Administrator/Clerk to sign said document. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
