c) Class W properties <br />d/ Bare platted zoned commercial and industrial <br />e) Plus new construction if any on industrial/commercial <br /> <br /> 2) Enclosure (1) attached contains a list of property <br />affected by the action taken in paragraph one (1) above. Accordingly, <br />a certified copy of this resolution and enclosure (1) will be attached <br />to the abstract and forwarded to the County Assessors office. <br /> <br /> 3) The Board of Review hereby directs that copies of this <br />resolution with the enclosure showing Board of Review action taken on the <br />above types of land/building/bare land be forwarded to the following <br />governing bodies and offices: <br /> <br />a) Anoka County Board, Anoka County <br />b) Governor, State of Minnesota <br />c) Commissioner of ReYenue, State of Minnesota <br />d) Commissioner of Economic Development, State of <br /> Minnesota <br /> <br />The purpose of this resOlution is to show how archaic our present state <br />laws are in establishing market valuation on properties in the State of <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br /> 4) That the Governor of the State of. Minnesota and the <br />State Legislators review this archaic State Statute and up date it so <br />as to reflect economic changes more readily. As the present law does <br />not allow for peaks, valleys or plateaus in the economy as it really <br />only reacts to the peaks (inflation) which can ruin the small business <br />man. It is for this reason we request legislation in this area. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilman Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamee, Councilmen Sorteberg, Mickelson, Reimann <br />and Cox. <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey Board of Review this the 29th day of May, 1980. <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> <br />trator/Clerk ~... <br /> <br /> <br />
