He will work with <br />the head of the program to discuss what can be done. <br />• Board Member Bentz asked if this is the time to be working on the work plan for the <br />year. He commented it gets started late in the year. City Planner Anderson noted this <br />previously was done from January 1 to December 31. There was a change in the Board <br />terms from April 1 to March 31. Then the Boards wanted to make their work plans <br />sync with Board terms. Now it is from July 1 to June 30. Acting Chairperson Valentine <br />stated it seems to make more sense to continue with the current schedule. <br />7.
