7. CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />City of Ramsey Improvement Project 16-36 proposes to construct a storm sewer system outlet <br />for the regional stormwater pond serving Business Park 95. The engineer's opinion of probable <br />costs for the proposed improvement project is $332,500. <br />It is the recommendation of City staff that City Project No. 16-36 is feasible, necessary, and cost- <br />effective from an engineering standpoint. Staff further recommends that the improvements as <br />proposed be constructed as a stand-alone project in 2016, thereby fulfilling the requirements of <br />the Lower Rum River Watershed Management Organization as listed in the permit approval <br />contingencies for the Dedicated Networks expansion WMO permit. <br />Feasibility Report <br />Business Park 95 Regional Stonnwater Pond Outlet Improvements <br />City of Ramsey Project No. 16-36 <br />Page 8 <br />
