City Engineer Westby said he met with residents at Northfork regarding the Andre Street project. <br />The session quickly turned into a discussion on assessments, including the dollar amount and <br />how it is calculated. He said he is trying to schedule another meeting on December 2, which will <br />be held at City Hall. He noted he still needs to get the feasibility report. <br />Chairperson Riley sought an update on Armstrong Boulevard. <br />City Engineer Westby responded he hopes to have one side open on December 5. <br />Chairperson Riley asked about a recent issue with a resident on Garnet Street. <br />City Engineer Westby explained there was a difficult situation with one person slowing down the <br />progress of the project. The tenant had re -graded an area that was already graded by the City. <br />He said they had to have someone go in and re -grade, which was an additional cost. The project <br />is completed. <br />7.
