32. That the Applicant has stated that there are no employees associated with the Home <br />Occupation that would not reside on the Subject Property. <br />33. That the Home Occupation does not involve operating methods that include transactions <br />with the public (customers, clients, consultants, subcontractors, etc.) on the Subject <br />Property. <br />34. That the Home Occupation does not conduct retail sales on the Subject Property. <br />35. That the Applicant has stated that the amount of waste generated as a result of the Home <br />Occupation will not require a dumpster but rather can be handled through their regular <br />residential trash service. <br />36. That the Applicant will dispose of grease from the grease trap by placing it in a jug with a <br />screw -on cap and place that in the waste cart. <br />37. That the Home Occupation business hours will be part-time and that business taking place <br />on-site at the Subject Property will not exceed 30 hours each week. This includes food <br />preparation, operation of the smoker, and the loading and unloading of the food trucks. It <br />does not include any off-site business activities such as the operation of the food trucks. <br />38. That the Home Occupation food truck business has been operating out of the Applicants' <br />current home in Fridley for several years and that there are no known issues or documented <br />complaints stemming from its operation there. <br />39. That the Home Occupation does require a license from Anoka County Environmental <br />Services. <br />40. That all structures shall comply with all applicable codes, including, but not limited to, <br />building, fire and zoning. <br />41. That the City finds the Home Occupation operates beyond the parameters of general and <br />administrative home occupation permit requirements (117-351) and therefore requires <br />Planning Commission and City Council review and approval. <br />42. That the Applicants operate a second business out of their home, Reineck Enterprises Inc., <br />an IT firm serving small and medium businesses. John Reineck would do some remote <br />work from the Subject Property and Anne Reineck would perform accounting tasks for <br />Reineck Enterprises at the Subject Property. The Applicants state that no customer <br />interactions will take place at the Subject Property. <br />43. That the City finds that the Home Occupation does/does not operate beyond the intent and <br />parameters of 117-351 (Home Occupations) and finds that the Home Occupation will/will <br />not have detrimental impact on the surrounding neighborhood, even though it is not a use <br />typically found in a residential area. <br />RESOLUTION #16-01-012 <br />Page 4 of 5 <br />
