15. That adequate water supply and on-site sewage disposal facilities shall be the responsibility of the PERMITTEE. 16. That the PERMITTEE shall provide to the CITY a septic design and management plan prepared by a licensed designer for required modifications to the existing septic system, or a report from a licensed designer stating that the existing septic system has the capacity to accommodate the Home Occupation, along with a management plan, subject to review and approval by the CITY prior to executing this Permit. 17. The PERMITTEE shall be responsible for maintaining any applicable State or County licenses. 18. The PERMITTEE shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the administration and enforcement of this Permit. 19. That the PERMITTEE will operate a second business out of the home, a small IT company called Reineck Enterprises Inc., but no customer interactions shall take place on-site at the Subject Property. 20. The PERMITTEE agrees that any future business-related modification to the Subject Property that requires a building permit will trigger an additional review by the Planning Commission and the City Council. 21. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the Subject Property for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request.
