15. That adequate water supply and on-site sewage disposal facilities shall be the responsibility <br />of the PERMITTEE. <br />16. That the PERMITTEE shall provide to the CITY a septic design and management plan <br />prepared by a licensed designer for required modifications to the existing septic system, or <br />a report from a licensed designer stating that the existing septic system has the capacity to <br />accommodate the Home Occupation, along with a management plan, subject to review <br />and approval by the CITY prior to executing this Permit. <br />17. The PERMITTEE shall be responsible for maintaining any applicable State or County <br />licenses. <br />18. The PERMITTEE shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the administration and <br />enforcement of this Permit. <br />19. That the PERMITTEE will operate a second business out of the home, a small IT company <br />called Reineck Enterprises Inc., but no customer interactions shall take place on-site at the <br />Subject Property. <br />20. The PERMITTEE agrees that any future business-related modification to the Subject <br />Property that requires a building permit will trigger an additional review by the Planning <br />Commission and the City Council. <br />21.
