food trucks. It does not include any business activities taking place away from the Subject <br />Property such as operation of the food trucks. <br />4. That the Home Occupation shall not generate more than eight (8) round -trips within a <br />standard eight (8) hour day, including customers, employees, and/or deliveries. <br />5. That the PERMITTEE agrees that there shall be no deliveries related to the Home <br />Occupation that are made by a semi. <br />6. That the PERMITTEE may not lease the business portion of the accessory structure <br />located on the Subject Property to any person(s) that does not reside on the Subject <br />Property. <br />7 That the PERMITTEE agrees to comply with Chapter 117, Article II, Division 6, <br />Subdivision 1 of City Code, titled "Signs". <br />8. That the PERMITTEE agrees to comply with section 117-355 of City Code relating to <br />outside storage and maneuvering of vehicles and equipment on the Subject Property; all <br />parking and maneuvering areas on the Subject Property must be surfaced with class V <br />gravel (minimum depth of two [2] inches), concrete or asphalt. <br />9. That the food truck and stock truck related to the Home Occupation shall be stored in the <br />detached accessory building on the Subject Property except for those times when either <br />is being loaded or unloaded. <br />10. That the PERMITTEE shall comply with Section 117-355 (Residential Development Off - <br />Street Parking) of City Code at all times regarding number of items parked/stored outside <br />on the Subject Property, location, surfacing, and screening of commercial vehicles. <br />11. That the PERMITTEE must obtain all applicable permits to ensure that the structures and <br />driveway(s) are compliant with all applicable state and local codes. <br />12. That the PERMITTEE shall provide the CITY a copy of any and all other required <br />licenses/permits, such as from Anoka County Environmental Services. <br />13. That should the PERMITTEE die or sell the Subject Property, the Permit shall be <br />automatically terminated, except that in the case of death, should a surviving spouse or <br />child, residing at the same address or receiving title to the Subject Property, desire to <br />continue the Home Occupation, written notice to that effect shall be given to the City <br />Administrator and the City Council may authorize continuation of the Permit without <br />further hearing. <br />14. The PERMITTEE shall reside on the Subject Property; if the PERMITTEE does not <br />reside on the Subject Property, the Permit shall be terminated. <br />RESOLUTION #16-01-013 <br />Page 2 of 5 <br />
