DEVELOPMENT UPDATE <br />City of #k <br />RAMSEY <br />January 28, 2016 <br />The following are brief updates regarding development projects located within the community. For more detailed information, <br />please contact the Community Development Department at 763-433-9824, plannina@cityoframsey.com or see this report online <br />at www.cityoframsey.com/DevelopmentUpdate. <br />Brookfield Addition (Nowthen Boulevard and 170th Avenue) <br />Work on the required improvements for Brookfield 4th and 5th Addition has been completed. Permits have been issued for all <br />lots within both additions. Work is substantially completed on required improvements for 6th Addition. The Developer will be <br />required to install the second lift of asphalt in spring. The City has issued permits for eight (8) of the nineteen (19) lots in sixth <br />addition. <br />Casey's General Store (7222 Sunwood Dr NW) <br />Casey's General Store has now opened to customers. <br />Dedicated Networks (14100 Unity St NW) <br />This 20,000 square foot industrial expansion is currently under construction. Footings, foundation, fire suppression, and <br />electrical have been completed. Work continues on the building shell and interior floor layout. <br />Harvest Estates (15200 Helium St NW) <br />Work on the required public infrastructure for the first phase (32 lots) of this 44 lot single-family subdivision is largely complete. <br />The Developer will be required to install the final lift of asphalt in spring. The City has issued permits for two (2) dwellings for <br />this development (one of which was for model home). <br />The Developer has requested a one-year extension for Phase 2 (12 lots), which will be considered by the City Council in the <br />near future. <br />Life Fitness (14150 Sunfish Lake Blvd NW) <br />This 50,000 square foot industrial expansion is currently under construction. Site work is substantially complete. Work continues <br />on the building shell and interior floor plan. The Owner desires to have a Grand Opening of the expansion in early March.
