Northfork Alpine Addition (9xxx Alpine Dr NW) The City has received a request for Preliminary Plat Review of Northfork Alpine Addition. This Application is for four (4) rural single-family lots. The Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on February 4, 2016. Parkview East (14450 Rhinestone St NW) Work on the wall sections of this 121 unit apartment building has commenced Exterior site work (parking lot, landscaping, etc.) will commence in spring, as well as construction of the public road. The City will hold a second pre -construction meeting with the Developer in April to coordinate construction and event schedules over summer The project is anticipated to be completed in late 2016 or early 2017. Sunwood Village (7750 Sunwood Dr NW) Work on the wall sections of this 47 unit apartment building has commenced. Much of the exterior site work (parking lot, landscaping, etc.) has been completed. The project is anticipated to be completed in mid-to-late 2016. Woodlands (7566 159th Ave NW) Work on the required public infrastructure for the first phase (26 lots) of this 85 lot subdivision is largely complete. The Developer will be required to install the final lift of asphalt in spring. Connection to the Sanitary Sewer Trunk Line has been completed, subject to final testing before use. The City has issued six (6) permits for new dwellings in this development (one of which was for the model home). The Developer, Lennar Homes, has indicated a desire to present a second phase to the City this spring. The Final Plat of the second phase will be presented to the City Council once received by the Developer, with construction anticipated in spring/summer of 2016.
