EPB's involvement has not resulted in the delay of any land use applications.
2. The Planning Commission has appreciated the additional feedback in their role m reviewing land use
applications.
3. Review of Land Use Applications has created a policy feedback loop. EPB has been able to see their policy in
action.
4. Comprehensive Plan Update process is just starting in earnest. Steering Committee to be established in
March.
5. Role in event planning has reduced over time. Involvement is now more focused on policy direction, not
implementation.
It is our mission to work together to responsibly grow our community, and to provide quality, cost-effective and efficient government services.
