June 9~ 1989

Dear aircraft owner:

The Metropolitan Council recently completed a study concerning the adequacy of
Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport to serve the Twin Cities Area's
long-term air-transportatiOn needs. Recommendations of that study included
continued enhancement of the region's reliever airports.

As a user of these airports, your opinion is essential in determining future
needs and airport development priorities for the reliever airports.

Please complete and mail the enclosed Survey by June _, 1989.

This survey is part of a regional reliever airport study being conducted by the
Council during 1989 in coordination with the Federal Aviation Administration,
Minnesota Department of Transportation aeronautics and the Metropolitan
Airports Commission. An ~dvisory group including airport users, service
providers, communities and airport owners has been formed to assist in the
study process. If you are interested in the study, you can be added to our
"interested parties" mailing list by calling (612) 291-6308.

Thank you for your cooperation.
Sincerely,

Steve Keefe
Chair

SK:dpf
