CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 04/12/2016 <br />By: Tim Gladhill, Community Development <br />4. 6. <br />Information <br />Title <br />Authorize Extended Hours of Construction for Casey's General Store <br />Purpose/Background: <br />A contractor for the Casey's General Store has requested to work outside the City's normal construction hours in <br />order to complete certain punch list items as outlined in the attached letter. Staff finds the request reasonable and <br />supports the request as outlined. The site is not immediately adjacent to residential parcels.
