Due to the weather, Decker Concrete was <br />unable to complete the caulking of the seams in the parking lot before winter set in. Now that the <br />weather has warmed up, Decker Concrete will be returning to the jobsite to finish the contracted work. <br />Since Casey's General Store is now open for business, we believe that working during normal business <br />hours could negatively impact the retail store and raise safety concerns for our staff. We are requesting <br />that the city of Ramsey allow Decker Concrete to work outside the normal permitted work hours to <br />complete the necessary tasks. We believe that 3 evenings, at most, should complete the work, starting <br />at 10pm and working till 6am. Due to the nature of our services, we are at the mercy of the weather <br />when scheduling this work. Ideally, we would like to schedule this for some time in April, but need to be <br />flexible in regards to the temperatures and rain chances. <br />If you have any questions concerning this request, please feel free to contact us at the above phone <br />number.
