RESOLUTION NO. #16-04-074 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING MASTER SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has approved the Master Subscriber Agreement for Minnesota <br />Court Data Services for Governmental Agencies and Agency Request Forms on behalf of the <br />City for the benefit of the City Prosecutor's office as well as the City law enforcement agency; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council now directs the City Administrator to execute the Master <br />Subscriber Agreement on behalf of the City; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Ramsey, Minnesota as <br />follows: <br />1. The City Administrator shall execute the Master Subscriber Agreement for Minnesota Court <br />Data Services for Governmental Agencies on behalf of the City. <br />2.
