HOA and the HOA was not interested in exploring a shared system. This group can make a <br />recommendation to explore the implications of a shared system. It can request more detail in the <br />drawing, and for an informal quote for the cost of putting in a septic system. <br />Board Member Bentz agreed with having a shared system. He noted it would give more room on <br />the lots for installation of swimming pools, sheds, etc. He said he would like residents to be able <br />to maximize their back yard potential. <br />Motion by Board Member Lewis and seconded by Board Member Hiatt to recommend the City <br />Council approve the Preliminary Plat as it relates to the Grading/Stormwater Plan as well as the <br />Private Well and Septic Plan, with conditions as discussed, and contingent upon review by the City <br />Engineer. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Stodola, Board Member Lewis, Hiatt, Bentz, Bernard, <br />Covart, and Valentine. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br />
